2004 Five Sons Estate Pinot Noir
Plum and cherry and rich red berry fruit. A taste of plum cake is combined with the spice and weight of premium French oak and delivers a palate of full complexity and richness.
This is a full and rich vintage of shiraz with lush, vibrant deep fruits followed through with spicy, earthy attitude. The intergrated oak and good acicdity create a palate that is long and rich, leaving a lick of liquorice with smooth dry tannins. A very intense wine that should develop well with time in the cellar.
The aroma of stone fruit, particularly white peach, as well as soft spicy oak characters. The soft, balanced palate shows characters of pineapple, melon and a touch of honey with fresh acid providing a full and rich mouth feel.
Lovely vibrant Rose Petal colour. Characters of Strawberries, Toffee Apple and raspberries. A very vibrant Rose with a nice dry finish.
Lifted red cherry and ripe plum aroma. Lovely, vibrant fruit fills the mouth - fresh poached plums, ripe cherries and cinnamon backed up by a soft texture and long, fresh finish.
Intense blackcurrant and red berry fruit flavours of cabernet merge with the smooth plum and spice of shiraz. The palate is soft and full with supple and well integrated tannins.

Produced from 50% pinot noir and 50% chardonnay. This non-vintage sparkling is fresh and crisp with lovely citrus overtones. Available only from cellar door.
Girlz "Sweet" Rose
Produced from Pinot Noir and Shiraz juice, this wine shows strawberry and light berry flavours along with fresh zippy acidity. Available only from cellar door.
Clean Skin Cabernet
Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, a lighter style cab with dark fruits and dry dusty tannins. A good, light example of cool climate cabernet. Available only from cellar door, by the case only.
